Fine-art photography featuring images of nature

I've had many distinct collections over the past several years as I meandered on my photographic journey. I spent a lot of time in my laundry room (the darkest room in the house) shooting dramatic images of flowers and plants. Now my equipment is too big to fit in there and sometimes I miss it. Early on I also loved to create images in black and white. I spent a year roaming a nearby meadow with a new macro lens in tow in all four seasons to capture all the seasonal changes. I spent several years working with encaustic medium (beeswax and resin) to produce images that were very durable and did not require glass to protect it. I still have some of those on offer here on my site. More recently, I have gone back to my roots and started working in black and white again and offering them behind a special glass that reduces glare and offers high UV protection.
